Ogletree Deakins Opens Las Vegas Office, Increasing National Expansion and Western Reach

ATLANTA, GA -- Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), the nation’s third-largest labor and employment law firm, announced today the firm would open an office in Las Vegas on January 19 to meet the market’s growing need for labor and employment legal services.  Tony Martin, formerly with Lewis and Roca LLP, will lead the office as Managing Shareholder. 

Joining Martin as shareholders are Suzanne Martin and Jill Garcia, also formerly with Lewis and Roca LLP, and Jeff Winchester, formerly with Fisher & Phillips LLP.  Associates in the new office are Christian Zinn and Christopher Pastore formerly with Lewis and Roca LLP.  Collectively, the group represents 50 years of experience in labor and employment law and has handled cases and matters relating to ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, WARN Act, Title VII, Title IX, traditional labor matters including labor-management relations, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining, wage and hour collective actions, contract and breach of fiduciary claims, restrictive covenants, employer policies and training, government audits, wrongful termination, EEOC claims, hiring practices, and immigration issues.
